Retained Services Club membership allows you to receive special benefits such as a reduced hourly rate on services, priority attention over clients not partaking in one of our retained services plans, and a discount on various types of purchases. The hourly rate secured, and the size of the purchase discount depends on the plan level chosen.

Note: To be very clear, unlike some other retained services plans we may offer, these plans don't come with any time on account. You are paying a quarterly fee to receive the benefits of plan membership which include the secured rate, discount qualification, and priority attention.
All time billed under your secured hourly rate is accounted for in 15 min increments and you will be invoiced for time billed at various intervals based on how much time you have used, what the nature of the current work we are doing with you is, how long since you were last invoiced, whether any other invoices are going out to you for other reasons, and a variety of other factors.
Plan quarters are based on the month you initially signed up and your first quarter includes the calendar month you signed up during, and the next two calendar months. You will be billed automatically for each new quarterly fee and that charge may appear on an invoice along with other items or may be on a separate invoice. In either case an invoice containing the latest plan fee should normally be sent to you within 15 days of the beginning of a new quarter.
Purchase discounts are good on most products and services that are offered for sale by 4TheBest eCommerce solutions or at ModuleStore.com and are labeled with the 4TheBest or QwkSoft brand names, plus any other products or services which may specifically state that the honor 4TheBest.com discounts. Payment of plan fees, or purchase of other types of retained services, or purchase of monthly hosting that includes discounts as part of the package, are specifically not qualified for use of the plan purchase discount.
You may cancel plan membership at any time by contacting us by phone or email and getting a cancellation confirmation code. After cancellation we will send you a final invoice that includes any charges for time used under the plan's secured hourly rate plus any unpaid plan fees.
