This form is for getting in contact with us when you have already tried calling us and got no response and the issue is extremely time sensitive. You would not use this if your issue can wait until tomorrow, or can even wait a few hours usually unless the help you need from us is likely to take a few hours to provide. The key phrase is extremely time sensitive.
You should only use this form if you are either an existing client of ours that has an extremely time sensitive issue, or if you are not an existing client of ours and have an extremely time sensitive issue and have familiarized yourself with our basic rates and are willing to pay for the right to have emergency access.
Examples of good reasons to use this form: Something is wrong with your site that is causing you to not be able to take orders, i.e. you are losing money. You are using some of our software and it is apparently malfunctioning in a manner that needs to be fixed right away. You have been trying to reach us via phone and email for two days and we seem to be ignoring you -- which we wouldn't be doing and the real reason must be something is wrong with your or our phones and email. You've sent emails to multiple addresses today, plus tried to call several times throughout the day and while it isn't an emergency you do need to make some sort of important decision soon and need our answer to a question about our software, or services to make that decision, and you are really just getting a little worried that we are gone from the office and aren't going to be back until after the three day weekend and you are stressed out and just decide to use this form
Examples of bad reasons to use this form: You are thinking about buying our software but have questions and thought this would be the best way to reach us. You bought our software and can't seem to figure out how to use it even though you read through the docs once and you sent us several emails in the last few hours and called and left a voicemail on one of the numbers you saw on the website and are getting frustrated.
